As most people know, The Home Depot stores are big and can be intimidating for the do-it-yourself home improver.   Having seen tremendous success with their online storefront, Home Depot saw the opportunity to bring them together with mobile.

Our team embedded itself at corporate headquarters to ingest as much in-house knowledge we could about the business, stores, and audience segments.  We balanced that with field research and our expertise in mobile.
